Festive Days

  Nothing much to write down,concearning how Christmas and New Year's went.But it was good.I enjoyed it.There were fireworks and champagne-which I totally love-and good food and presents since it was also my dad's birthday on the first of January and our relatives thought that I should receive something too.There were good shows on TV and some movies that I wanted to watch anyway-like "The Dark Knight",an amazing movie with Batman and Joker who,by the way,has become one of my favourite characters;he is awesomely insane and is geniously played by Heath Ledger-.It may seem a lonely holiday but I like it;it's the same since I was little and I'm used to it.Anyway,we had the house full of relatives and family friends since the first day of 2012.Since dad always throws a big party for his birthday,we had to wake up early in the morning to prepare everything,like food and cakes and drinks.But it was fun.And I was surprised to see one of my childhood friends come too;I was sure she will stay with her friends partying at someone's house.I mean,why come to kill time with boring me when there are other tempting options?Well,I managed to find a movie to watch together so she wasn't too bored by the time the party was over and her parents had to leave.

  All in one,it was good,even with the dull landscape outside:even now there is no snow.Not a single flake,and to be even more annoying,it feels like October.I love snow and all I wish is two frozen and white months of winter.Am I asking for too much?
